Ranbir Kapoor celebrates his 40th birthday today and the actor is certainly on a high as 2022 has marked many milestones in his life. While ‘Brahmastra’ has crossed over 300 crores at the box-office, on the personal front he got married this year and is going to be a father soon.

Ranbir and Alia Bhatt stepped out today and the actor made sure to cut the cake with his fans who had come outside his house to greet him. Alia can be seen next to him looking pretty in a yellow kurta as fans were also wanting to shake hands with her.

Meanwhile, Alia wished RK on Instagram with a picture of him in her hand and wrote, “happy 40 baby ????♾”

Ranbir who’s completed almost 15 years in the industry has seen quite a few highs and lows in his career as far as the box-office is concerned, but the fate of his movies doesn’t seem to have affected his fan-following or popularity among film-makers.

His friends and family from the industry also made sure to shower wishes on him even though the actor isn’t on social media. His mother Neetu Kapoor also penned a heartfelt note for him today. She wrote, “This has been quite a milestone year for You for US !!! Miss your father as he would have been the happiest proudest im sure he is orchestrating from up there !!! On work front, Ranbir will be seen in Luv Ranjan’s next with Shraddha Kapoor and in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Animal’ with Rashmika Mandanna.
