Ranbir Kapoor calls himself a ‘meme expert’; recreates Alia Bhatt’s ‘Raazi’ scene ‘mujhe ghar jaana hai’ – Times of India

Ranbir Kapoor, whose film ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’ released recently on the occasion of Holi, has been promoting the movie in full swing.
We came across a video of the actor on Instagram where the actor recreated some popular memes on social media and the result was hilarious!

In the video, Ranbir says that while he isn’t on social media, he is a ‘meme expert’. The actor is then seen recreating some popular memes. From Rami Malek’s ‘Hackerman’ meme to Nana Patekar’s ‘Control Uday Control’ meme from ‘Welcome’. He also was seen recreating some of the memes from his own films, including Channa Mereya from Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and ‘Tu Jaa’ from ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’.

The icing on the cake was, however, the last meme that Ranbir recreated. It was from Alia Bhatt’s film ‘Raazi’. The text reads, “Rishtedaars at Weddings: ‘Beta agla number tumhara hai na?’ In reaction to this, Ranbir hilariously recreated Alia’s scene from Raazi in which she cries and says, ‘Mujhe ghar jaana hai’.

As soon as the video made its way on to the internet, likes and comments poured in from all sides. While one fan wrote, ‘last wala acha tha alia(sic)’, another one added, ‘Bunny wala same to same hai abhi bhi’. A fan also commented, ‘arey bhai biwi se daaro apni.’

Directed by Luv Ranjan, ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’ also stars Shraddha Kapoor in the lead role.
