Pictures from the epic Bollywood party are surfacing on social media and the first picture of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt together is out. The newlyweds are posing for a candid selfie with Karisma Kapoor all smiles for the camera. Alia looks pretty in a shimmery outfit while RK looks his usual dapper self. Check out the picture:
Ranbir and Alia’s wedding was an intimate ceremony with only close friends and family in attendance. The wedding festivities began with a mehndi ceremony on April 13. The Kapoor had a surprise sangeet for Alia on the same day and Ranbir too performed for Alia on her favourite numbers. Thereafter a small haldi ceremony was held next morning at RK house followed by wedding in the afternoon. Ranbir and Alia chose to take the pheras in their balcony which is their favourite spot in the house. After the wedding the couple made their first public appearance as husband and wife. Alia shared dreamy wedding pictures on Instagram and wrote, “Today, surrounded by our family and friends, at home … in our favourite spot – the balcony we’ve spent the last 5 years of our relationship – we got married. With so much already behind us, we can’t wait to build more memories together … memories that are full of love, laughter, comfortable silences, movie nights, silly fights, wine delights and Chinese bites.
