Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt to follow Neetu-Rishi Kapoor’s footsteps and offer langar at a Gurudwara after marriage – Times of India

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are all set to tie the knot in the second week of April. Reportedly, the couple will get married at the RK house in Chembur just like Neetu and Rishi Kapoor did.

The latest report suggests that Ranbir and Alia will have a traditional Punjabi wedding and they will be offering langar at a Gurudwara in Mumbai.

According to India Today, Neetu and Rishi also did the same thing when they got married back then. After their wedding, langar was served in their names at a Gurudwara. The report suggests that Ranbir and Alia won’t be physically present at the Gurudwara but the langar will be offered on their behalf.

Meanwhile, it is also being reported that Alia and Ranbir’s wedding festivities will kickstart on April 13. All the ceremonies are going to be a low-key affair with close friends and family members in attendance. The couple will later throw a reception for their industry friends in the last week of April. Their wedding news has surely left their fans quite excited!

On the work front, Alia and Ranbir will be seen sharing the screen space for the first time in ‘Brahmastra’. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy. It is slated to release this year in September.
