Rajkummar Rao to skip honeymoon for the shoot of Anubhav Sinha’s Bheed – Times of India

Rajkummar Rao tied the knot with long time love Patralekhaa on November 15. The couple had a royal wedding in Chandigarh and days after the nuptials, Rajkummar will report on the sets of his next movie. According to a news portal, the newlyweds will not have an exotic honeymoon as Rajkummar has to resume the shoot of Anubhav Sinha’s ‘Bheed’ from November 18. The director was reportedly keen to shoot for the film in November and early December, agreeing for the same Rajkummar has decided to shoot for the film before taking off on a vacation with Patralekhaa.

‘Bheed’ will be extensively shot in Lucknow. Speaking about the collaboration, Rajkummar had previously shared in a statement, “I am thrilled to be working with Anubhav Sinha. It’s a matter of great honour and privilege to collaborate with a filmmaker who has such a distinct voice. Also, reuniting with Bhushan Kumar feels like coming back on home turf after the success of Ludo last year. Even as an entertainer, I want my work to get people thinking. This is an important subject and the character needs me to stretch myself as an artist, beyond my comfort zone. I can’t wait to start shooting and lose myself in this universe.”

On November 15, Rajkummar had announced his wedding on Instagram and shared, “Finally after 11 years of love, romance, friendship and fun, I got married to my everything today, my soulmate, my best friend, my family. Today there is no greater happiness for me than being called your husband @patralekhaa Here’s to forever .. and beyond.” From Bollywood, celebrities like Farah Khan, Huma Qureshi and Saqib Saleem attended the close-knit nuptials.
