While Dia looked gorgeous as ever in a black outfit and statement earrings, R Madhavan looked dapper in a black suit and cool shades. The actors were all smiles for the camera at the event.
As soon as their picture made it to social media, it went viral. The photo has been getting many reactions from their fans. Many even demanded the actors to come up with a sequel to their evergreen film ‘Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein’.

While one of their fans wrote, ‘Please please make ‘RHTDM 2’, another one added, ‘Woww… it made me nostalgic. We want RHTDM 2‘.
Reports of the sequel of RHTDM have been doing the rounds in the media for a long time now. In 2020, Madhavan refuted the rumours of the sequel by sharing a statement on his Twitter handle. He wrote, ‘#RHTDM ..Guysss …been reading rumours about the sequel .. and hoping it’s true-cause I have no idea about this. Just praying that someone somewhere has an age-appropriate script for Dia and I -varna ab madhav shastri banna to hathi ko chaddi pehnane ke barabar hai.’
Directed by Gautham Menon, the film also had Saif Ali Khan in a special cameo role.
