The basic aim is to study the parent-child relationship and early childhood development.
Prince of Wales was inspired by the Alarm Distress Baby Scale (ADBB) model while she was on a visit to Denmark and saw how it was being used to study the parent-infant relationship and improve the well-being of the babies.
Kate established the Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood in 2021 and launched the ‘Shaping Us Campaign’ in 2022.
Since 2022, Centre for Early Childhood and Kate Middleton have been working with the Institute of Health to explore the possibility of implementing the ADBB in the UK.
Dressed in her green leopard print shirt, Princess of Wales ignored the scorching sun and the heatwave that has been sweeping the UK for a few weeks.
Kate Middleton also visited the Children and Family Centre in Reversely Park and met young children. She also met the families and talked about the support they are receiving from the health visitors.
The ADDB trial is being carried out at the South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust and Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust. It will be for a period of ten months.
Kate’s program has come a few days ahead of the birthday celebration of the monarch-King Charles III.
Known as ‘Trooping the Colour’, the birthday celebration will be held Saturday.
Kate Middleton will attend the parade for the first time in her role as the Colonel of the Irish Guard.
She is expected to watch the procession along with Queen Camilla in a carriage procession.
King Charles, Prince William, Prince Edward, and Princess Anne are expected to attend the parade on horseback.
