Pooja Makhija Shares A Glimpse Of Her Dose Of Healthy Omega And Protein; Take A Look

In the video, we could see Pooja cooking up salmon in garlic, balsamic, soya, red wine and parsley.
In the same clip, the next thing we see is her healthy platter. It showed the prepared salmon served with an assortment of vegetables including chopped broccoli, beans, carrots and cauliflower.
We could also spot what appeared to be penne pasta on the side.
She stated, “My dose of healthy omega and protein.”
Her Instagram Stories also showed an egg dish. Pooja wrote, “#eggosa and #because it’s Sunday.”
