Radhe Shyam stars Prabhas as a palmist with the power to predict other people’s futures. Pooja plays his love interest in the film. The Radha Krishna Kumar film released in theatres on March 11.

Speaking to Bollywood Hungama about shooting the film in two languages, Pooja said, “I have a lot of heavy emotional scenes towards the second half. I used to do a scene, give it my all. They would say cut and I would think it’s done. But then they would say abhi (now) Hindi. And I’m like, ‘Oh God, I have to again reach that intensity’. I really feel like they are two different films. The matter is same but they are different.”

Pooja elaborated that the difference was because sometimes things would click in one shot but not in another. “When I was dubbing, I felt this shot I did better in Telugu, or that one I did better in Hindi. It’s two different films because magic happens only once sometimes in a romantic film or any film. And also, words have their own energy,” she said.

Pooja is set to be seen in three more films this year, all in different languages. First up is the Tamil film Beast, which stars Vijay in the lead role. This will be followed by the Telugu release Acharya, where her co-stars are Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, and Kajal Aggarwal. She will then round up the year with Cirkus, starring Ranveer Singh and Jacqueline Fernandez. This will be her first Hindi release in three years.
