Our next question to Pooja was about the actor she thinks would be ideal to play Protima in the project. Pooja said, ”

The narrative is the most important aspect that should be focused on first.” Just like her strong opinions, Pooja also has a strong creative streak. Confirming that she’ll personally be contributing to the project she said, “I will be involved in the project right from scripting to end product.”

Pooja’s mother Protima was a model turned dancer and she established the Nrityagram school in Bangalore. She married Kabir Bedi in 1969, but then they divorced in 1974. She took up Odissi dance form and eventually gave everything up to become a sanyasin when her son and Pooja’s brother Siddharth died by suicide following his battle with schizophrenia.
