Pokémon Go maker Niantic recently unveiled this series of tasks on July 15, just after wrapping up the 7th Anniversary Party event.

Participating in the Timed Research event offers players the opportunity to earn various rewards, including a unique pair of Carbink Shoes for their in-game avatars.

How to participate in Times Research?

1. Traverse a distance of one kilometer – Earn a Super Incubator.
2. Hatch two Eggs – Encounter an Exeggcute.
3. Spin 10 PokeStops or Gyms – Receive 500 Stardust.
4. Complete five Field Research tasks – Obtain a Poffin.
5. Accumulate three Candies by walking with your buddy – Acquire a Rocket Radar.

Rewards for completing the Timed Research include three Golden Razz Berries, the coveted Carbink Shoes and a substantial 3000 XP boost.

To access the Shimmering Strides Timed Research, Pokemon Go players must purchase a ticket for the Go Fest: Global 2023 event before August 1.

The Timed Research tasks will become accessible from July 15 at 5 PM local time and will conclude on August 26 at 10 AM local time.
