PFL 4: Watch controversial Jeremy Stephens’ weigh-in (Video)

PFL 4: Clay Collard vs. Alex Martinez weigh-in results.

The second half of the 2022 PFL regular season is about to get underway, as PFL 4 takes place on June 17 from the Overtime Elite Arena in Atlanta, GA.

Before the lightweights and light heavyweights match up inside the PFL cage, they must first go through the scale battle, as they officially weigh in for the card.

The PFL 4 main event will feature Clay Collard taking on Alex Martinez in a battle of two men who currently sit in the lightweight playoff picture heading into the event.

Collard enters with three points following his unanimous decision victory over Jeremy Stephens in their highly entertaining encounter at PFL 1. After two decision victories last season, including one over Anthony Pettis, Collard fell short to Raush Manfio in the 2021 semifinals.

Martinez, meanwhile, picked up his own three-point, unanimous decision victory at PFL 1, defeating Stevie Ray. He went 1-1 in the 2021 PFL regular season with two split decisions — a win over Loik Radzhabov and a loss to Natan Schulte — before a unanimous decision loss to Loik Radzhabov in the PFL semifinals.

The light heavyweight featured bout will see Antonio Carlos Junior, the defending PFL light heavyweight champion coming off a first-round finish, taking on Bruce Souto.

Stephens stepped on the scale, with a freshly shaved head and face with just minutes left and stepped on and off the scale multiple times. Each time his feet were not fully on the scale, but the Atlanta commission didn’t seem to notice and counted him as on weight at 156 pounds.
