Jack has to be at his all time best to beat Josh. But Jack is a a threat and if he can use his jab effectively and change the gears he has a chance in this fight.

Jack Catterall has got the power to hurt anyone but I rate Josh Taylor as one of the best in the world. And if he’s at his best I can’t see Jack having enough to trouble him.

Jack Catterall is unbeaten and confident but this is a massive step up in class. I think Taylor is better in every department. Catterall is a good defensive fighter with a great hook so should look to catch Taylor on the counter or when coming inside. But I think Taylor wins this fight comfortably.

Catterall’s strengths are his head movement, timing and composure. He needs to trust that skill set, stay in the pocket and back himself to slip and counter. It’s a very tough job of course but for me that’s what he needs to try and do.
