OnePlus Nord 2 may not be the company’s last smartphone launch of the year 2021, here’s why – Times of India
OnePlus, previously, announced that there will be no T-series smartphone this year which means it will not launch OnePlus 9T or OnePlus 9T Pro in 2021. But looks like the company has more in its smartphone store for fans this year. It is reportedly working on a phone named OnePlus 9 RT.
The phone has appeared on the benchmark listing site Geekbench. As per the Geekbench listing, the handset may come powered by a Qualcomm chipset. While it does not reveal the name of the chipset, it is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888.
While there is no official confirmation from the company, OnePlus is rumoured to launch the OnePlus 9RT on October 15. The smartphone has been subject to multiple leaks and rumours recently.
An alleged OnePlus phone with model number MT2110 was spotted at the 3C certifications site of China. It is tipped to be the OnePlus 9RT. The handset is said to offer up to 12GB RAM and may run on Android 11 operating system.
OnePlus 9RT expected features
OnePlus 9RT is said to come with a 6.55-inch AMOLED FHD+ screen. The phone may offer a refresh rate of 120Hz. It is likely to pack a 4,500mAh battery and may offer fast charging support with a 65-watt adapter.
On the camera front, the phone is rumoured to come with a 50MP primary camera at the back. This may be paired with a 16MP secondary camera and a 2MP third sensor. For selfies, the phone may sport a 16MP camera on the front.
It is expected to pack up to 12GB of RAM. The device’s storage is speculated to be up to 256GB.
