Now Hailey Is Obsessed With The Row’s Cult Trousers
Last year, celebrities unanimously agreed that a pair of trousers from The Row is a worthwhile investment. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, the Duchess of Sussex and Jennifer Lawrence were early adopters of the Igor trousers in the spring and summer months, while Kendall Jenner fell for the brand’s Phoebe style.
Both styles are ultra-flattering, thanks to the expert wide-leg tailoring, sharp pleats, and overall attention to detail. The Igor trousers are made from breezy cotton (there are linen and silk-blend styles available, too), that have just enough rigidity to ensure the silhouette keeps its shape. The Phoebe pants, meanwhile, are a viscose wool-blend that strikes the perfect balance between stiff and flowing.
Hailey Bieber is the latest star to add The Row’s Igor trousers to her wardrobe. Baggy jeans, cargo pants and Lycra leggings have been her wardrobe MVPs since the start of the year, but she’s since set them aside in favor of the Olsen sisters’ tailoring.
The model put her own spin on the trousers with a cropped jumper, a shearling jacket from The Mannei, Balenciaga trainers, and Balenciaga’s Gossip S shoulder bag for a trip to Beverly Hills. The following day, she posted a picture on her Instagram story wearing the trousers with an oatmeal Triangl bikini and The Row’s crisp Frannie shirt thrown on over the top.
Her trousers are new, but Bieber has long been a fan of The Row’s leather goods. She’s got the minty shoulder bag, the slouchy Half Moon bag and the Sporty Bowler 15 bag, as well as its cult zip-front boots, beloved by Zoë Kravitz and J Law. Ready-to-wear-wise, Hailey has been seen in the cosy cashmere Ophelia jumper—another of The Row’s hero staples—cornflower-blue matching separates and the denim Hermia jacket.
