Netflix to come up with video game adaptations in 2023. See list
Netflix has lined up video game adaptations projects from almost every leading game publisher, which includes EA, Ubisoft, Capcom, CD Projekt Red, Konami, Microsoft, Sega, Sony, Square Enix as well as Take-Two.

Rumored Video Game Adaptations
Zelda series
There was previously a Zelda series in development at Netflix, but it was reportedly canceled by Nintendo.
Overwatch and Diablo
There have been long-standing rumors that Netflix would pick up these projects from Activision Blizzard.
God of War
There was a rumored God of War series in development at Netflix, but it has since been sold to Amazon Studios.
Devil May Cry
An animated series based on the popular franchise by Capcom was announced in 2018, but there has been little news about it since then. Castlevania series creator Adi Shankar is set to develop Devil May Cry as part of the “bootleg multiverse.”
Final Fantasy
There was a listing for a Final Fantasy series, but Netflix’s involvement in a Final Fantasy XIV TV project from Sony and Hivemind has not been confirmed.
Splinter Cell and Cyberpunk
There have been reports that there could be both live-action and animated adaptations for these franchises.
It seems like other streaming platforms are following Netflix’s lead in acquiring video game licenses. Amazon Prime has recently announced that it will create a TV series based on Bethesda’s Fallout series. Additionally, HBO made a significant move last year by announcing its adaptation of The Last of Us into a TV series.
