Neetu Kapoor purchases apartment in Mumbai’s BKC worth ₹17 crore

Days after Alia Bhatt made bought a luxurious flat in Bandra for 37 crore, it is her mother-in-law and veteran actor Neetu Kapoor who has made the same deal with 17 crore. Neetu Kapoor has reportedly bought an apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) for 17.4 crore.

According to the registration documents, Neetu Kapoor paid a stamp duty of 1.04 crore. The registration of the property was done on May 10.

The apartment is located on the seventh floor of Sunteck Realty’s Signia Isle. Signia Isle is a 19-storey building in Bandra-Kurla Complex. It is located opposite the Sofitel hotel. The apartment is spread across 3,387 square feet area and has three parking spaces.

Just a few days ago, Alia Bhatt had purchased a 2,497 sq ft apartment in the plush Pali Hill locality in Bandra for 37.80 crore, close to the Kapoor bungalow on the same road.

The registration of the apartment which is on the sixth floor of Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited in Pali Hill’s Nargis Dutt Road was done in the name of her production house, Eternal Sunshine Productions Pvt Ltd on April 10.

The apartment has two parking spaces. It was purchased from Gold Street Mercantile Company Pvt Ltd director Bhushan Mehta. According to the reports, Alia Bhatt paid a stamp duty of 2.26 crore.

On the same day, Alia Bhatt also transferred flats 2A and 2B on the second floor of Gigi Apartments in Juhu to her 35-year-old sister Shaheen through a gift deed.
