Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife Aaliya Siddiqui heads to the police station, her lawyer reacts – Times of India

Her lawyer, Rizwan Siddiquee tweeted on the development and said that even though the Versova police station had not taken any cognizance of Aaliya’s criminal complaints against Nawazuddin, she has been called to the police station, although with full assurance. He wrote, ” Versova Police had not taken any cognizance of my client Aaliya Siddiqui’s criminal Complaints against @Nawazuddin_S & othrs, even though her complaints required immediate registration of FIR. Now she has been called to the Police Station with full assurance. Lets see in a while.”

Last week, The Bombay High Court had suggested the estranged couple to sort out the issues pertaining to their children – 12-year-old daughter Shora, and 7-year-old son, Yaani.

A division bench of Justices A S Gadkari and P D Naik asked the actor and his wife to speak and try to resolve their differences over the children.

However, Aaliya’s lawyer Rizwan had told the court that the children are with their biological mother and do not wish to leave her and go back to Dubai.
