Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s daughter Shora doesn’t want to return to UAE, fears she will be bullied – Times of India
In a habeas corpus petition, the actor stated that his kids were missing school in the UAE.
The Court bench hearing the matter decided that the children should be sent back to Dubai to carry on with their studies. However, a source close to Aaliya revealed to ETimes that the couple’s daughter is not keen to return to Dubai. “Shora feels she will be bullied there. This entire incident has taken a toll on her and Aaliya has been taking her for therapy sessions, too. Shora wants to stay with her mother but the matter is still pending before the court,” revealed a source close to Aaliya. Money is tight for Aaliya, who had previously told ETimes that she was in financial distress and that the money provided by the actor was sparse.
In 2021, Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife Aaliya, kids Shora and Yani had moved to Dubai. However, in January this year, Aaliya returned to India and has since been embroiled in a constant struggle with the actor. “Divorce will happen, that’s for sure and I will also be fighting for the custody of both my kids. Nawaz has also filed for custody but I will not let that happen. Both my kids want to stay with me and don’t want to live with him,” Aaliya had previously told ETimes.
