But having said that, in the West is very common phenomenon. In order to sustain a long-term relationships, you need to also understand that you didn’t marry the old values; you need love and affection, compassion, kindness towards your partner. All of this makes a good partnership.
All you can do is be honest with your partner. What you also need to do is marry with your traditional values and maybe accept the new Western system as well. What your partner is asking, is not unheard of.
Secondly, when it comes to your body, communicate with your partner. If you’re uncomfortable about having pre-marital sex, tell your partner. Understand why he wants to go for pre-marital sex. It’s a good idea to communicate and come to a mutual decision. But you also need to be flexible and understand the other person’s perspective. But at the end, it is your boundaries that you need to create. If you want a good emotionally intimate relationship, then hear out your partner and come to a decision.
