NEW DELHI: MS Dhoni continues to rule the hearts of his fans and even after retiring from international cricket there is no dip in his popularity.
Chennai Super Kings skipper Dhoni recently met probably his oldest fan ever in Chennai. The former India captain made the dream come true of his 88-year-old fan by paying a visit to her house.
The octogenarian fan of Dhoni is mother in law of famous Indian actor Khushbu Sundar. Khushbu took to Twitter to share images of the meeting and expressed her gratitude for his warmth and hospitality.

“Heroes are not made, they are born. Dhoni proves that. I am at loss for words for our CSK #Thala @msdhoni at his warmth & hospitality. He met my ma in law, who at 88, hero worships Dhoni & cannot see beyond him. Mahi, you have added many years of good health & happiness to her life. My pranaams to you for this. My gratitude to @ChennaiIPL for making this possible. CSK kku whistle podu!!,” Khushbu tweeted.
The 41-year-old Dhoni has been in brilliant form in the ongoing IPL. He smashed an unbeaten 32 off 17 balls and dragged the Super Kings’ chase of 176 right down to the last ball against Rajasthan Royals. The veteran batter has hit 58 runs in three innings at a strike rate of almost 215, including six sixes and two fours.
