Easy Dahi Vada Chaat Recipe: How To Make Dahi Vada Chaat
To begin with the recipe, you first need to make vadas by blending soaked dal. Once done, take a spoonful of batter and deep fry. Once the vada is deep-fried, soak them in the water again. Your vadas are ready.
Now, take a big plate, arrange some papdi, bhallas and pour some beaten dahi over it. Next, drizzle the date and imli chutney and the green chutneys around each of the papdi and bhalla. Sprinkle chaat masala powder and cumin powder. Next sprinkle the grated carrots, pomegranates and the crisp boondi and sev.
