Moto X40 with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, 125W fast charging launched – Times of India
Moto X40 comes with a starting price tag of 3399 yuan (Rs 40,360) and it comes in Smoky Black and Tourmaline Blue colour options. The smartphone is up for pre-order in the region and will go on sale starting December 22. The Chinese smartphone maker has not yet revealed any details about the India launch of the smartphone.
Moto X40 specifications
The company has used an aviation alumunium middle frame in the design of Moto X40. The back panel of the smartphone is protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. The flagship smartphone features a 6.67-inch FHD+ display with 1080×2400 pixel resolution. The display offers 165Hz refresh rate and is protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on top.
Google tweaks Android to prompt users about app crashes
Moto X40 is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset paired with up to 12GB of RAM. The smartphone offers up to 512GB internal storage. The dual SIM smartphone runs Android 13 operating system topped with the company’s own layer of MYUI 5.0.
Moto X40 sports a triple rear camera with 50MP main sensor, 50MP ultra wide angle lens and 12MP telephoto camera. Front is home to a 60MP selfie shooter. The smartphone comes with IP68 rating which makes it water and dust-resistant.
Moto X40 house stereo speakers are tuned by Dolby Atmos and are backed by a 4,600 mAh battery with 125W fast charging support. The smartphone also supports 15W wireless charging, 15W reverse charging. The smartphone maker claims that the Moto X40 can charge up to 50% in just 7 minutes with the help of 125W fast charging.
