‘I didn’t want to be that fat mum who couldn’t run around after her child,’ said Hayley.
‘I weighed myself one day and just knew I couldn’t be this weight anymore. I took a photo of myself and thought it was awful, so that’s when I started properly.
‘I was spending up to £60 on four takeaways per week and it was taking its toll on my body as I was easily eating 3000 calories per day.
‘Now I’ll eat only 1,500 a day which is half the amount I used to consume.’

Hayley would eat a bacon sandwich for breakfast, a chicken and bacon sandwich, crisps, sausage roll and a can of Coke for lunch and then a takeaway for dinner.
She added: ‘When I was pregnant I lived off large Dominos pizzas and cookies.
‘Compared to now I will have a protein bar for breakfast with a coffee, a tuna sandwich or cheese on toast for lunch with an apple and then a pasta dish for dinner.
‘If I wasn’t having a takeaway, I’d just cook a frozen pizza or chips, just something quick and easy.

‘I now just have so much more energy, I don’t even do workouts I just go out walking for exercise. I do a power walk on my days off and go for about five miles.
‘I don’t get out of breath like I used to, I just have so much more energy and I sleep so much better at night.
‘I also used to suffer badly with migraines and headaches and now I don’t get them as bad.
‘Everyone tells me how well I’ve done and how good I look, but I only really started noticing last November, it’s hard because I look in the mirror everyday and it took me a while.’
After losing nearly 11st and dropping eight dress sizes, Hayley explained how no longer struggles to go shopping with her friends.
Hayley adds: ‘I can now shop in H&M and Zara. I used to dread going shopping with friends and would just do it all online’, she said.
‘At my biggest when I was 29 at 26st, I struggled to find clothes for me.
‘I was always bigger when I was younger, but I got a job at Pizza Hut at 19 and that’s when I started to put on weight.
‘I would take a large pizza home after work and from there it just spiralled out of control until I was 30.
‘I have so many messages from people now telling me I have inspired them to start their weight loss journey and asking me how I did it.
‘Friends also now ask me for nutrition advice and tips.
‘I have started posting my meals and recipes on my Instagram account, and that’s where I get a lot of my meal inspiration from as well.
‘I just watch what I eat now and I could never go back.’
