The MLS schedule has been revealed Tuesday with the opening day games slated for February 25.

While its full schedule has been released, all eyes are naturally drawn to the first week. 

Nashville SC and New York City FC face off in the opener at GEODIS Park in Tennessee.

St. Louis City SC will also make their debut as an MLS franchise on the road at Austin, with their home bow to come vs. Charlotte on March 4.

Last season’s MLS Cup winners, LAFC face their crosstown rival LA Galaxy at the famed Rose Bowl, in what is sure to be another enchanting ‘El Trafico.’

Philadelphia will get a chance to avenge their cup final loss to The Black and Gold when the teams meet on September 23. 

Other games of note naturally include rivalry week. Both New York teams face off on May 13, so too Atlanta vs. Charlotte.

As the name suggests, rivalry games will be played from May 13-20. 

St. Louis’ addition to the competition will see them join the Western Conference. As a result, Nashville have been shifted to the East.  

There will also be a three-week sabbatical from July 15 to August 20 due to Leagues Cup matches – a competition formed by MLS and Liga MX.
