Mira Kapoor cheers for hubby Shahid Kapoor as his ‘Jersey’ nears its end; He drops a mushy reply – Times of India

Mira took to her social media handle to share a poster of the film and penned an emotional note which read, “You are magic @shahidkapoor It’s been a long journey till the end of this ‘Test’, every innings brought a new twist. But you knocked it out of the part! (Hands in the air emoji)”. She further added, “It’s time @jerseythefilm @mrunalthakur @officialpankajkapur @amanthegill @gowtamnaidu”.

Shahid reshared her story on his Instagram stories and acknowledged by dropping a heartwarming response to her review. He wrote, “You can be my wingman every time my love n I’ll be yours”.

Speaking of ‘Jersey’, the film official Hindi remake of the Telugu film, ‘Jersey’. Helmed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, the story revolves around a talented but failed cricketer who aspires to make a comeback in the field, to represent the Indian cricket team and fulfil his son’s wish for a jersey as a gift. The film also stars Pankaj Kapur in a pivotal role.
