The Miami Heat may not be producing like they’ve been known for in the past, but their troll game is undefeated.

Following a $25,000 fine issued by the NBA for ‘failing to disclose an accurate game availability status for several players’ prior to their 110-108 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder Wednesday.

The league statement on Friday read: ‘The NBA today announced the Miami Heat has been fined $25,000 for violating league injury reporting rules.

‘The Heat failed to disclose an accurate game availability status for several players prior to its game vs. Oklahoma City on Dec. 14 at Paycom Center.’

So, in response the Heat made sure to be extra careful ahead of their game vs. San Antonio tomorrow.

Miami named its entire active roster – a measly 16 players – on their latest injury report.

There were varying degrees of likelihood applied to the players ahead of their road game in Mexico City.

Jimmy Butler, who missed Wednesday’s win, is listed as probable, so too star guard Tyler Herro, while Kyle Lowry – among others – is questionable.

The Spurs-Heat game will be the first of two international NBA games to be played this season, and the 12th of its kind in Mexico.

December 2019 was the last time Mexico City fans witnessed an NBA game. Dallas took care of the Detroit Pistons two days prior to San Antonio defeating Phoenix on the 14th.

Miami have struggled to recapture their impressive form of last season, and currently sit 8th in the Eastern Conference with a .500 record of 15-15.

Though signs are positive, notwithstanding the latest injury report, with the Heat having won three in a row.
