Meet Bros on Sidhu Moose Wala’s demise: We’ve heard his music and we know he was an extraordinarily gifted musician – Times of India

In an exclusive conversation with ETimes, singer-composer duo Meet Bros spoke about how heartbreaking his sudden and shocking demise has been. “Losing people is never easy, especially the legends that you have grown up listening to. It’s very sad and our heart goes out to the family. If we can feel so sad for somebody we have not shared our lives with then I can imagine what the family must be going through. It was heartbreaking to see Sidhu Moose Wala’s parents speak about the kind of son he was. He was such a great talent and one of the most talented artists which India ever saw”, Manmeet said.

Elaborating further, Harmeet added, “It’s very unfortunate when such things happen and it’s never easy. Only God knows how the family and the parents must have seen their son in that state and how they are coping with that. I pray that God be with them. My heart goes out to them. We’ve heard his music and we know he was an extraordinarily gifted musician.”

The incident took place a day after Sidhu’s security was withdrawn by the Punjab police among 424 others. Notably, the singer had joined the Congress party last year in December ahead of the Assembly elections. The investigation into his death is still in process.
