McDonald’s India Adds This Classic Appetiser To Its Menu
What comes to your mind when we say McDonald’s? To most of us, McDonald’s is all about comfort and nostalgia. Much agreeable? The global food chain has made its mark across the globe, with outlets at over 38,000 locations. Besides being available at every nook and corner of the globe, McDonald’s also keeps its patrons engaged with unique offerings and new additions to their menu. In one such innitiative, McDonald’s India – North and East has recently introduced a new snack in their menu. Can you guess what it is? Let us spill the beans for you. It’s the cheesy fries, giving an all-new spin to the classic French Fries.
As per an official statement, these cheesy fries are basically French fries with generous amount of smoky chipotle sauce spread on it. “The smokiness and spicy taste come from smoked Chipotle seasoning and the creaminess comes from dairy cheese, used as the primary ingredient for the cheesy sauce,” the statement reads.
According to Rajeev Ranjan, Managing Director, McDonald’s India – North and East, “Through customer-relevant menu introductions, we continue to offer great tasting choices to our customers. Our newly introduced Cheesy Fries offers an irresistible combination of our World-Famous Fries with smoky-spicy and creamy taste of Chipotle sauce. We are confident that Cheesy Fries will add to the love our customers have for our brand.”
These cheesy fried will be available to the customers, starting at Rs. 119. One can also add it to their meal by paying an add-on amount of Rs. 25.
