Wanda Nara produced a list of six demands to be met before her husband signed for Turkish club Galatasaray.
The Argentine striker sealed a season-long loan deal after falling out of favour at Paris Saint-Germain.
Icardi, 29, was greeted by thousands of fans on his arrival in Istanbul as club officials paraded the former Inter Milan captain ahead of the switch.

Nara is Icardi’s wife and agent and she wrote a list of demands for him to join the club according to Mundo Deportivo.
The model had previously helped secure a move to PSG for her superstar husband and was again involved in making his move to Turkey as comfortable as possible.
Nara’s six demands included a 24-hour driver to take the hot-shot around the City as and when he pleased.
A personal chef was requested to take care of all his dietary needs as was a house for the family with private security, the report indicated.

Icardi and Nara have endured a very public topsy-turvy relationship since they married in 2014
She also asked for a hotel to stay in until December and schools for her children to attend during their time in the Turkish city.
Icardi’s move provides him with a chance to reignite a faltering career which has seen him go from Inter Milan captain to PSG outcast in just three years.
The Argentine has often been the making of his own downfall after public spats with Inter’s ultras and heated social media exchanges with Nara.
Icardi was joined in Istanbul by former Manchester United midfielder Juan Mata who secured a switch to Galatasaray last week, while Norwich’s Milot Rashica also arrived on loan.
