Fashion Designer Masaba Gupta is a big-time foodie and time and again, she takes fans along on her gastronomic adventures. Masaba shares her daily healthy indulgences as well as her cheat meals on Instagram. And, they somehow always leave us drooling. Apart from relishing an array of delightful meals, the star fashion designer also manages to look cool all the time. Wondering what is the reason behind it? Well, she has shared it in an Instagram post. “Consistency” is the key – as per Masaba Gupta. The designer first shared a mirror selfie in her gym gears. Now if you were expecting a bunch of other pictures and videos from her gym session, sorry to say but Masaba teased us with the images of her delectable-looking meals. 
The first slide was a chia seed pudding, topped with the seasonal fruit mangoes and some blueberries along with some oats and sunflower seeds. It was followed up by a box of chocolate-loaded cookies baked to perfection. Masaba also gave us a sneak peek of her wholesome lunch: pan-seared fish, topped with chopped spring onions and served with a half-cut lemon and a bowl of what looked like chicken broth. We are pretty aware of Masaba Gupta’s love for pasta. However, to relish it guilt-free she gave the spaghetti a green treatment and ate it with a small platter of salad. Next in the line was a unique blend of what looked like a chickpea salad, consisting of boiled chickpeas, pomegranates, some herbs and pistachios.

Hold on, Masaba Gupta is not done yet. Her carousel post also included a half-eaten onion, tomato and basil leaves pizza. It looks like the fashion designer had baked it at home, and to keep her calories in check opted for a small size. Just a sight of Masaba Gupta’s chicken noodles was enough to give us hunger bangs. She shared an image of her lunch box filled with noodles cooked in a yummy gravy along with juicy chicken chunks placed on a bed of broccoli and topped with chopped spring onions. It is no surprise that Masaba knows how to strike a balance between taste and nutrients. 
When not digging a bowl of oats or chia seed pudding, Masaba Gupta prefers to eat some boiled eggs, and a bowl of mangoes and blueberries, topped with some peanut butter. It makes all the sense to end the delectable spread on a sweet note. Even for her desserts, Masaba tried to incorporate healthy alternatives. She loaded a scoop of home-whipped vanilla ice cream on top of a bed of crushed almonds and walnuts. To finish off, she added a small portion of brownie and crumb. 
Alongside the mouth-watering pictures, in the caption Masaba Gupta wrote, “Consistency – for Girls who like their Khaana (food) but gotta stay curvy and lean.”
