Marlo Laz, Andrew Kwon, and Over The Moon Celebrate All Things Bridal at Manolo Blahnik
At the height of Bridal Fashion Week, well-heeled guests gathered at Manolo Blahnik to celebrate Over The Moon and Marlo Laz’s exclusive new jewelry capsule, which is destined for a sparkling walk down the aisle. Adding to the glitz and glamour, Over The Moon founder Alexandra Macon and bridal designer darling Andrew Kwon co-hosted the soirée. The latter was joined by a brigade of beautiful models who were outfitted in his romantic new Spring 2024 collection. Dressed in sweeping trains, dazzling opera gloves, and adorned in Marlo Laz jewels, the models swanned about the store; meanwhile, guests had fun trying on a bit of shimmer of their own in the form of the new capsule, as Marlo Laz designer Jesse Marlo Lazowski was holding court in the center of the room.
Leandra Medine, Vogue’s Creative Director Mark Guiducci, Edward Barsamian, bridal stylists Cynthia Smith, Anny Choi, and Julie Sabatino, Savannah Engel, and bridal content creator Hope LaVine admired the velvet trays that were lined with aquamarine, white topaz, and morganite chokers, earrings, bracelets, and rings. Holding court near the display, Lazowski offered up pearls of sartorial wisdom on how to wear her latest bijoux styles, now on Over The Moon.
“Over The Moon has become an amazing resource for brides to discover independent brands, so it’s very exciting to offer a selection of our jewels made just for their audience,” Lazowski said. “The Lexie capsule draws from our signature Alexandra collection, with an heirloom quality that we feel will resonate with the OTM bride, and become something that they will wear beyond their wedding festivities to carry their cherished memories with them everywhere they go.” No doubt, last night was the first of many shining moments for the new Marlo Laz x OTM collection.
