Madhuri Dixit applauds her younger son Ryan as he donates his hair to the Cancer Society – Times of India

On the occasion of National Cancer Day, Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit took to her Instagram handle to share her younger son’s deed where he chose to donate his hair for cancer patients. Sharing a video, Madhuri penned an inspiring note which read, “NOT ALL HEROES WEAR CAPES….. But mine did ???? On the occasion of National Cancer Day, I would like to share something really special”

She also added, “Ryan felt heartbroken seeing several folks who were undergoing chemo for cancer. With everything they go through, they lose their hair. My son took a call of donating his hair to the Cancer Society. We as parents were thrilled with his decision. As per guidelines, it took him almost 2 years to grow the required length of hair. And this was the final step. Here we are today standing proud. @drneneofficial”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Madhuri was last seen in ‘ Kalank’ with Sanjay Dutt, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur.

She is all set to make her debut in the OTT space. She is working on a suspenseful family drama series and the plot revolves around the story of a global superstar, wife, and mom who suddenly vanishes without a trace. The series will also star Sanjay Kapoor and Manav Kaul in pivotal roles.
