Yesterday, the Tesla chief had announced via another tweet that he had found a new CEO for Twitter and that he would be stepping down to take up the responsibilities of chief technology officer, while also serving as the executive chairman of the company.

Yaccarino joined NBCUniversal in 2011, after 15 years at Turner Entertainment and has been credited with dragging the network’s ad sales operation into the digital future.
