Lava has announced a new ‘Service at Home’ programme for its users. As part of the offer the smartphone maker will be offering a doorstep service to around 9000 pin codes across the country. The company is giving this offer for all its forthcoming smartphones. The offer was earlier available only for the Lava Blaze phones but now it is available for all the future models.
Customers can avail the service within the phone’s warranty time. The service can be availed through the company’s official website, call center, Lava Care app and its official WhatsApp number. The company claims that within two hours of making a complaint, the service request should be attended to and resolved within 48 hours. Lava adds that the minor software and hardware issues will be resolved at home and the major issues will be repaired at the customer center. The smartphone will be later delivered to their doorstep.
Lava adds that the users may get their phones picked up and delivered for free. They can also get their display fixed for free as part of the program. “Service at Home is a one stop solution for all after sales requirements of a customer. We now offer this service for all upcoming smartphones as an effort to do away with the idea of long queues at service centers and elevate the customer experience,” said the company in a statement.
