Krafton teases a new map and other updates for PUBG New State, may release in first half of 2022 – Times of India

PUBG New State was launched in November 2021 and has gained a lot of traction since its release. It already has more than a crore downloads on Google Play Store and Krafton is developing continuous updates to keep things on course. Techradar reports that the latest game in the PUBG series is expected to get a new map and multiple new updates by mid-2022.
The report adds that Krafton has released three new pictures in an official announcement that mentioned a layout of the new map that will be introduced in PUBG New State. According to the report, the new maps appeared like a mix of slopes and fields with a central city tower. Presently, PUBG New State has two maps in the battle royale mode, that includes — Troi and an advanced version of the classic Erangel.
Krafton hasn’t shared any official information about the dimensions of the map, yet it can be assumed that more details will be revealed as the release date comes closer. Moreover, Krafton has also said that it will prioritise the release of frequent updates and improvements.
In the last three months, PUBG New State has encountered several issues that players faced while playing the game. The most significant one was about the devices bricking in the starting days after the game was launched.
The report also adds that Krafton is celebrating the new year by offering three royale chest crate tickets and six chicken medals. Moreover, the developers have also unveiled a new redeem code which is “HAPPYNEWSTATE”. You can redeem this code at the official website of the game.
