Kiara Advani reacts to break-up rumours with Sidharth Malhotra, questions the sources commenting on her personal life – Times of India

The couple, who shared the frame in ‘Shershaah’, continued their romance beyond the big screen. Reacting to rumours about her personal life, Kiara stated that she is not immune to rumours but there have been times when it affected her personal life. Questioning the frivolous rumours, the actress stated that she wants to know who the ‘mirchi masala wale sources’ are. Kiara also added that one has to turn a blind eye to the rumours and develop a thick skin, because at the end of the day she wants her work to speak. Last month Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani had a rather emotional patch up. Revealing details of the same, a source had told ETimes, “They can’t stay without each other; they realised that it was a bhool (mistake) and they’d been rather impulsive to say to each other that they’re closing the chapters on their love scene. The call was quite emotional.”

Speaking about her bond with Sidharth Malhotra, Kiara Advani had previously told ETimes, “As a co-star, Sidharth is extremely driven and focused. He loves to prep a lot and does a lot of readings. That’s very similar to the way I like to work on a film. So, in that sense, we got along very well. As a friend, I’d say he is one of my closest friends in the industry. I think, even as a friend, he’s full of life and always fun to be around.”
