Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor has a new address for herself and her family. While she is yet to move into her new Juhu residence in Mumbai, sources tell ETimes that she will be staying at the lavish house with her family, including father Boney Kapoor and sister Khushi Kapoor who will mark her big Bollywood debut anytime soon!

While the construction of the building is going on in full swing, the Kapoors have already made headlines by holding a rooftop birthday bash for Khushi Kapoor. Khushi turned a year older this Friday and celebrated her special day with a private party attended by her close friends and only a handful of celebs from the industry.

The guest list of the bash held at Janhvi’s new house included Bhumi Padenkar, Suniel Shetty’s son Ahan Shetty, his girlfriend Tania Shroff, Anurag Kashyap’s daughter Aaliyah Kashyap, Varun Dhawan’s niece Anjini and more.

According to previous reports, Janhvi’s new abode is worth 39 crore, spread across three floors with a 3456 square feet area and a massive rooftop. Located in Juhu, Mumbai, alone the stamping duty of the building costed the actress around Rs 78 lakhs. The deal was reportedly finalized on December 7 last year.
