Recently, Kartik Aaryan conducted a live interactive session on Twitter where he answered questions about his personal and professional life on the microblogging site. Without going into too many spoilers, when a fan asked him about the somewhat open ending of the movie, the Pyaar Ka Punchnama actor replied saying, ”
Abhi kahaani khatam kahan hui hai“. As soon as he posted this, fans started speculating whether there will be a sequel to Freddy and expressed their excitement at the possibility.

Freddy has gained mindblowing traction on OTT, with views touching millions. The movie is directed by Shashanka Ghosh and is currently streaming on Disney + Hotstar.
