Kartik Aaryan flies economy, netizens speculate that the flight doesn’t have a business or first class | Hindi Movie News – Times of India

Kartik Aaryan and KiaraAdvani are in the middle of promotions of their upcoming film Satyaprem Ki Katha, and are currently on city tours. Recently a video surfaced on the internet which showed Kartik returning from Ahmedabad, flying in economy class. The video, which was shared by a paparazzo, had gone viral even before Kartik landed back in Mumbai.A lot of people were full of praise for Kartik, for being so humble and down to earth. However later reports coming in stated that Kiara, who also landed in Mumbai around the same time was not flying economy.
Amidst all this, folks on the internet have a different take on the entire situation. Few claim that flying in economy is nothing but a publicity stunt for his upcoming movie, as in the past, many actors like Deepika Padukone and Kriti Sanon have also been spotted flying economy.
One user wrote, “ Lol guyss Indigo only has economy class so please”, while another one wrote, “Iss flight me business class h nahi this celebrity sometime r helpless its us who keep judging publicity n all…”( There are no business class seats in this flight, so celebrities are helpless ).
Someone else wrote, “This is the new trend to promote films!” Another jibed , “Very humble during promotions perhaps.”
Between all this there were also few who spoke out of genuine concern and wrote, “At the end of the day he is also a citizen.” Another opined, “Celebrities in India want to live a normalised life like other people but media don’t let then.” (sic)
