Kareena had tested positive for COVID-19 last year in December after she, along with Amrita Arora and others, attended a get-together party at Karan Johar’s house. The actress kept herself self-quarantined until she recovered and tested negative for the virus.

Kareena, who is married to Saif Ali Khan, is a mother of two kids – Taimur and Jehangir Ali Khan.

Meanwhile, on the work front, she is awaiting the release of her upcoming film, ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ co-starring Aamir Khan in the lead role. The film is touted to be a love story that spans different time periods of the journey of the protagonists. The film is an official remake of the Hollywood movie ‘Forrest Gump’ and has been shot in over 100 locations across India. It will also feature Naga Chaitanya and Mona Singh in key roles. It is slated to hit the theatres on April 14 of this year.

Apart from this, Kareena has also announced her collaboration with Hansal Mehta and Ekta Kapoor. She has also been roped in for Karan Johar’s magnum opus, ‘Takht’.
