Kareena Kapoor is questioned on her Hindi on her chat show, the actor responds saying, “in films, we get time to memorize our dialogues…” – Times of India

Apart from acting in movies, Kareena Kapoor is also currently hosting her own chat show, What Women Want, where she invites various celebs for an unfiltered, heart to heart chat. Apart from friends like Malaika Arora, Amrita Arora and Rhea Kapoor, Kareena has majorly invited her family members on the show including Saif Ali Khan, Sharmila Tagore, Ranbir Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu. Recently, the actor answered some fan queries on the YouTube channel of the show.

One of the fans was keen to know why Kareena majorly invites her own family to the show. The fan asked, “You often call your friends and family on the show. Other celebrities don’t want to come or you don’t want to call them?” To this, Kareena said that the audience is keen to see her and her family interact. She said, “You all are extremely interested in my friends and family. People want to see us talk and you know, like sit together. They wonder what our conversations are about. You want to listen to their views.”

Another fan quizzed Kareena for her broken Hindi on the show and wondered why she makes so many mistakes. The fan asked, “You make too many mistakes in Hindi but in the movies, you speak your dialogues correctly. So weird!” Kareena, keeping her cool, explained “Why is it weird? Because in films, we get time to memorize our dialogues, and here the director hardly gives any time, or maybe I don’t give her much time.”

Kareena will next be seen in Rhea Kapoor’s ‘The Crew’, which also stars Kriti Sanon, Diljit Dosanjh and Tabu. She also has Hansal Mehta’s next in her kitty.
