Karan Johar asks Ananya Panday if her friendship with Suhana Khan and Shanaya Kapoor will survive; here’s what she replied – Times of India

During the candid conversation, Karan asked Ananya if her friendship with Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan and Sanjay Kapoor’s daughter Shanaya Kapoor will survive. Ananya quickly answered, “Yes.” Karan further questioned, “Why do you say that with such assurance?”

Ananya answered, “Because it’s not even friendship anymore. I think it’s family. It’s always been, family.”

Karan went on to ask, “Suppose there was the case that one of the three of you broke out much more than the others, would that be bothersome?”

Ananya replied with honesty and said, “I would like to believe that it wouldn’t affect our friendship. I think we all just have a lot of genuine love for each other. Whenever I talk about this I say it was a collective dream growing up, we all wanted to be actors together.”

Ananya added, “We’ve had so many discussions, we so played so many acting games. So, I think I will be happy for Shanaya and Suhana’s success as I am for my own. It honestly feels like that.”

Meanwhile, on the film front, Ananya will next feature in ‘Liger’, which is helmed by Puri Jagannadh and produced by Karan Johar. The film is all set to hit theatres on August 25, 2022, in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
