Kangana Ranaut thanks ‘best action hero’ Vidyut Jammwal after he calls her ‘spectacular’ in ‘Dhaakad’: It’s like an award – Times of India

In an interview, Vidyut also said that he felt proud of her after watching the film. In the video shared by the actress, Vidyut is heard saying, “Kangana’s film Dhaakad released recently and after I watched it I felt very proud that there’s a girl who’s genuinely doing something spectacular. There was a feeling of pride, I don’t know. I felt proud.”

Sharing the video on her Instagram story, Kangana wrote, “Best action Hero @mevidyutjammwal in the country appreciating my action scenes #Dhaakad.” She further added, “It’s like an award. Thanks” and tagged Vidyut.

‘Dhaakad’ was released recently but it failed to impress the audience at the box office. The film clashed with Kartik Aaryan’s ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’. ‘Dhaakad’ took a poor opening while Kartik’s film is still grabbing eyeballs. The film also starred Arjun Rampal and Divya Dutta. It is slated to release on an OTT platform soon.

On the work front, Kangana is currently prepping for ‘Emergency’. She also has ‘Tejas’ in the pipeline.
