Kangana Ranaut reacts to Sunil Lahri’s comment on The Incarnation Sita after he slammed Adipurush makers | Hindi Movie News – Times of India

Sunil Lahri, who played the role of Lakshman in Ramanand Sagar‘s Ramayan, was pained to hear the ‘tapori’ dialogues in the Om Raut directorial Adipurush. While the actor was utterly disappointed with the retelling of the epic Ramayan in a modern form, Sunil has now pinned his hopes on Kangana Ranaut starrer The Incarnation Sita.
In a new interview, Sunil said that he has full faith in Kangana’s film that she will not do anything like Adipurush. He believes thatKangana will represent the character of Sita well. He also advised people not to mess with our culture.
Reacting to Sunil’s statement, Kangana gave a silent response by sharing the news article on her Instagram stories and added a series of folded hands emojis. She also tagged Sunil in her post.

In 2021, the makers of The Incarnation Sita had announced that Kangana will be playing the titular role in the film, directed by Alaukik Desai. It has been penned by screenwriter KV Vijayendra Prasad.

Meanwhile, the makers of Adipurush have revised certain lines in the film after receiving a nationwide backlash. In the scene, the character of Hanuman had lines like, ‘Kapada tere baap ka toh jalegi bhi tere baap ki’. It is now changed to, ‘Kapda teri Lanka ka… toh jalegi bhi teri Lanka’.

The movie stars Prabhas as Raghav (Ram), Kriti Sanon as Janaki (Sita) and Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh (Raavan), Sunny Singh as Lakshman and Devdatta Nage as Hanuman.
