Justin Bieber postpones US tour as he recovers from Ramsay Hunt syndrome – Times of India

Justin Bieber fans were in for a rude shock after the singer revealed that he had been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome, which left half of his face paralysed. And while he recovers and undergoes treatment, the ‘Peaches’ singer has decided to postpone his upcoming US tour, which was scheduled for June-July.

The popular singer has called off his appearance at several destinations in US, including the Summerfest music festival in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Confirming the same, the tour promoter shared in a statement, “Justin continues to receive the best medical care possible, is upbeat about his recovery, and is looking forward to getting back out on the road and performing for his fans overseas later this summer.” According to reports, Justin Bieber may resume his international tour from July 31, however there has been no confirmation regarding the same.

Recently the singer had shared an update about his recovery and penned on Instagram, “Wanted to share a little bit of how I’ve been feeling. Each day has gotten better and through all of the discomfort, I have found comfort in the one who designed me and knows all of me. He knows the darkest parts of me that I want no one to know about and he constantly welcomes me into his loving arms. This perspective has given me peace during this horrific storm that I’m facing. I know this storm will pass but in the meantime Jesus is with me.” Justin’s wife Hailey Bieber had also previously confirmed that the singer was recovering well.
