Jayshree T’s son Swastik is getting married on December 19 – Exclusive – Times of India

Jayshree T who lit up the screens in the 70s and 80s has been tremendously busy since the past few days. She took time off to be there at the Dilip Kumar film screenings in Mumbai’s Juhu PVR. She was accompanied by her husband, Nanda’s brother Jayprakash Karnatki.

ETimes now has the reason why Jayshree T has been running from pillar to post- her son Swastik is tying the nuptial knot on December 19. The wedding reception is at the Kohinoor Continental Hotel near the airport (Andheri, East).

Swastik will exchange vows with Sushruti Huddar, who is from Nagpur. Swastik and Sushruti have been dating for some time and both families are very happy that they are getting married.

Swastik has been a Script Supervisor on several movies till now- ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’, ‘Poster Boyz’, ‘Junglee’, ‘Jalebi’ and ‘Tadap’ to name a few. His latest assignment is Kangana Ranaut’s film titled ‘Emergency’.

Jayshree T, who is Shreyas Talpade’s aunt, needs no introduction. But for those who are from Generation X and haven’t seen the movies from the golden era of yesteryears, she is someone who was there in many, many movies. She was last seen in the TV serial ‘Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?’ in 2012.
