Janhvi Kapoor’s younger sister Khushi Kapoor will soon be making her Bollywood debut with Zoya Akhtar’s ‘The Archies’. The elder sister is super proud of her, as Khushi has been working really hard and preparing for the same.

In an interview with India Today, Janhvi was asked how she feels about her younger sister’s debut, to which the actress expressed that she’s super happy and thrilled. Janhvi shared that she has visited their outdoor shoot once briefly, and revealed that their energy is so pure and that she feel they’re making something that’s from the heart and something that people are going to love. She also added that all the kids are very talented and hard working.

The ‘Dhadak’ actress also revealed watching her sister work tirelessly and work really hard during the audition of the role. “She wanted this so badly, I’m just so happy for her and I hope it goes well”.

Earlier in an interview with ETimes, Janhvi was asked how she deals with the stardom and fame coming her way. The actress shared and admitted that she’s not delusional about it. “A lot of the attention and recognition has come my way is, first and foremost, because of who my parents are. I think there’s a lot of clarity and identifying that and I’m not delusional, and thinking that I’ve earned all of it, or I deserve any of it even”.

She added, “But now I have it. And I think what I want to do with it is good work. Because I love my job. And so the privilege and the trolling on social media and all of this is secondary. My main priority, and focus is to really hone my craft and give my work my all”.
