Taking to her Instagram handle, the actress shared a throwback photo of herself with her mom from an event they attended. Sharing the photo she shared a tear-jerking note that read, “Everything I do hoping I’m making you proud. Everywhere I go, and everything I do- it starts and ends with you.”
Janhvi’s uncle Sanjay Kapoor sent the star his love and aunt Maheep Kapoor also commented on the post with a couple of heart emoticons.

February 24 will mark five years since the actress’ shocking demise. The star breathed her last in the bathroom of her hotel room in Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Dubai. The autopsy report cited ‘accidental drowning’ as the cause of death.
Sridevi passed away months before Janhvi could make her Bollywood film debut. Later this year, Janhvi’s sister, Khushi Kapoor will make her acting debut in the Zoya Akhtar film ‘The Archies’. She will debut alongside Suhana Khan and Agastya Nanda.
