Janhvi Kapoor has THIS advice for sister Khushi Kapoor ahead of her big debut with Zoya Akhtar’s ‘The Archies’ – Exclusive – Times of India

Actress Janhvi Kapoor, who is currently busy prepping for ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’, is riding high on the rave reviews of her recently released film ‘Goodluck Jerry’. The audience has been showering her with love and appreciation for her solid performance. The actress recently interacted with ETimes as she celebrated her film’s success, and spoke about her sister Khushi Kapoor, who is also making her acting debut soon.

Sridevi and Boney Kapoor’s younger daughter Khushi is busy shooting for her debut project, ‘The Archies’. It is being helmed by Zoya Akhtar and it will also mark the debut of Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan and Shweta Bachchan’s son Agastya Nanda.

In an exclusive interview with ETimes, Janhvi spilled the beans on Khushi’s debut project. Ask her if she keeps giving any tips to Khushi regarding her social media presence and public appearances as it is now considered to be a huge part of being an actress? She says, “I guess so, but I don’t think it really has that much to do. I think what it comes down to is your film. If you don’t have your films going for you then I guess these things take center stage. But first and foremost, you reach the audience through your films. My Instagram personality is not at all what I am in my movies. I think that might be counterproductive, I think it throws people off a little bit but that’s how it is. I wouldn’t want her to pay any attention to that, to catering some sort of image.”

Meanwhile, Janhvi recently returned to Mumbai after wrapping up the shooting of ‘Bawaal’. She will be seen with Varun Dhawan in the Nitesh Tiwari directorial. She will be also working with Rajkummar Rao for ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’.
